Volleyball Otago currently provides participation and performance opportunities within our beach volleyball programme. Based out of Brighton Beach in Dunedin, the programme takes place throughout the summer months from November to March, with tournaments played over weekends throughout this time. In addition to our formal opportunities for beach volleyball participation, Volleyball Otago is working towards the development of a social/twilight outdoor volleyball competition, to be played on summer nights either on grass or at the beach. • MASTERS GAMES ENTRY ONLY

• Open women's pairs, open men's pairs, mixed fours
• Games commencing from 8 am.

Saturday 21st February 2026:

• Brighton Beach, Dunedin.
• U17, U19, Open, 4's (secondary school & open)
• Games commencing from 8 am.

Tournament Info:

Location: All tournaments are played at Brighton Beach, Dunedin, in front of the surf lifesaving club.

Registration: Links will be posted on social media and won't be live until a few weeks prior to the tournament. 

Registration Instructions: One team member will complete the team registration form. They can then share the generated team link with the other players to register themselves. It is important that ALL PLAYERS REGISTER into the team. 

Divisions: U17 Male/Female, U19 Male/Female, Open Pairs Male/Female, 4's.

Team Compositions: All pairs divisions must consist of single gendered teams. The 4's division may be mixed gendered, however at least one female player must be on the court at all times. 

Cost: $15pp, paid in advance to Volleyball Otago. Invoices will be emailed to team contacts once registrations have closed. 

Cancellations: Made before 7 a.m. on the date, or before if adverse weather is predicted. 

Draws: These will be posted on the Volleyball Otago website.
